Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment is required in full before designing commences, this is to pay for domain names & hosting costs.
  2. A 50% refund will be paid if unsatisfied with the outcome of the site.
  3. Domains are registered using the clients name and current address.
  4. The annual fee covers unlimited updates and annual domain & hosting costs.
  5. An invoice will be sent by post or email 1 month before annual expiration date.
  6. If payment is not received during this 1 month period Double AA reserves the right to remove the site from the internet.
  7. The client has the right to stop using Double AA and transferring their site to another designer without penalties.
  8. A fee of £10 will be incurred to transfer domain settings if rule 7 applies.
  9. All cheques to be made out to Double AA Web Design.
  10. Payment through internet banking and paypal accepted.
